Fair Practices Code

This Fair Practices Code (FPC) is adopted by Vintage Credit and Leasing Pvt. Ltd. (Speedy Paisa) in accordance with RBI guidelines for Non-Banking Financial Companies.

1. Loan Application and Processing

All loan applications will be processed in a fair and transparent manner. We will provide clear information about all terms and conditions, including interest rates, processing fees, and repayment schedule.

2. Loan Appraisal and Terms

Loan appraisal will be based on relevant factors. We will communicate the loan amount, tenure, interest rate, and other terms in writing before disbursement.

3. Disbursement

Loan disbursement will be made after execution of all required documents. All disbursements will be made to the borrower's bank account.
